These Terms of Service govern your use of the Virginia Beach Junk Pros website at https://virginiabeachjunkpros.com ("Site") and any junk removal services you request through the Site or by calling us. By using the Site or scheduling services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Virginia Beach Junk Pros provides junk removal, hauling, and related services in Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads metropolitan area. All service pricing is provided as a written estimate following an in-person inspection. No verbal estimate or phone quote constitutes a binding price. The written estimate provided on-site is the binding price for the agreed scope of work.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled by phone or through the contact form on the Site. We provide appointment windows and make reasonable efforts to arrive within the stated window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call (757) 317-6772 as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee at our discretion.
3. Scope of Work
The scope of work is defined by the written estimate provided and approved before work begins. Items not present during the estimate walkthrough or added after estimate approval are not included in the quoted price. Additional items can be added at the time of service for an adjusted quote; you must approve any price adjustment before we load additional items.
4. Items We Cannot Accept
We do not haul hazardous materials including but not limited to: liquid paint, chemical drums, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, or radioactive materials. If you have items of uncertain classification, contact us before scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any item at the time of service if we determine it falls outside our accepted materials list.
5. Property Damage
We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property during haul-out. We use appliance dollies, furniture sliders, and moving blankets to protect floors, walls, and doorframes. If damage occurs during our work, we will document it and address it. Pre-existing damage is noted at the start of every job. Our liability for property damage is limited to damage directly caused by our crew during the agreed scope of work and is subject to our insurance policy limits.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. The payment amount is the written estimate amount approved before work began, plus any mutually agreed additions. We do not invoice for more than the approved written estimate without your prior consent.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee that every item on the written estimate will be removed from the agreed location. If any item on the estimate is not removed, we will return within 5 business days at no additional charge to complete the work. This guarantee covers items that were present and observable during the estimate walkthrough and listed on the written estimate. It does not cover items added after estimate approval or items in areas not included in the walkthrough.
8. Disposal
We dispose of all materials at licensed Virginia Beach-area disposal, recycling, and composting facilities. We provide EPA Section 608 certified refrigerant recovery on all applicable appliances. We route materials to donation centers and certified e-waste processors where materials qualify. We do not illegally dump materials. Documentation of disposal method is available on request for items requiring compliance records.
9. Website Use
The content on this Site — text, images, and structure — is the property of Virginia Beach Junk Pros. You may not reproduce, scrape, or commercially use Site content without written permission. The Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from junk removal services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
